In next steps wood is cutted for strips and then long drying operation is apply according to DIN 1052-1. Sorting operation is helping to separate for wood class according to color, knots ect. Nature color, differences in the tree rings are came from the growing areas and type cutting. Wood glued board have the same properties as natural wood but with reduced capabilities to expansion, bending, shrinking. Keep in mind that big humidity and temperatures differences could induce listed reaction, as a natural wood behavior.

Good properties occurred in wood which growth in natural areas. We can find good color differences and wood rings pattern. Knots and adhesions are typical features which are highline the nature beauty of the wood.Drying on the air and in the chambers are influencing to the wood properties. Season of the cut and raw wood storage is causing some color differences . After wood finishing color diffrencess could occured. Wood boards have hygroscopic properties and could accumulate and remove humidity, it is causing small expansion and shrinking behavior, technically it called that the board is working. Glued wood board are nature product. While buying and working on it, please keep in mind all biological, physical and chemical aspect of the wood. Widthness of the natural colors line, structures, and others differences in the one wood type are natural properties of the product and there is no any basic for claims or any responsibility.

Wood board humidity:
End board humidity is arround 8-10%, what is equal to room humidity of 55% in 20 C deg. Humidity measuring according to DIN – 1052 -1 , DIN EN 13 183 -2

Gluing:
Boards are glued with glue class D3- EN 204. D3 is siutable for inside use with frequent wather influence from the surface. In external use keep out of the amospheric influences. Glue D4 waterproof could be used as well.

Storage of the boards:
Boards during transportation and storage could accumulate humidity. It is necessary to have constant humidity in the room for storage and machining. Storage should be done with not to very dry-overheated and high humidity rooms. Boards should have all surface covered with plastic bag and placed on the straight surfaces. Please keep in mind that volume of the board coud increase 0.6% for each 1% of humidity increase. Before machining, please do seasoning for proper humidity usage.

Surfaces:
Surfaces of the boards are grinding with grains of sand paper 100, grains 80 or 120 is feasible as well.

Fingerjoint:
Edge cutter, connecton on surface are not visible.

Glued fugue:
Side surface of the board.

Corners:
– Smooth saw cut / planning done on whole surfaces.
– Sharp, round or phases corners

Packaging:
According to needs
Boards packed in separate plastic bags or termoplastic bag.
Stairs board packed in the one package.
